Joining in

M3 is doing a blog post a day for 30 days so I thought, hey why not. My blog has been kind of neglected ever since facebook so what better way to get back into the swing of things.
Today is the first day of spring break. At barely 12 o'clock this afternoon I already heard the "there's nothing to do" cry. Well they've taken a shower, been outside, are still outside now playing softball and are about to go to the creek. It's a beautiful day and I'm glad they enjoy being outside. They would much rather be outside playing than inside watching TV. I'm dreading tomorrow because it's supposed to rain. I've already planned going to a movie. They want to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I think I will enjoy that one better than Hop. Here is a picture from last Friday. It was in our neighbors tree. I thought it was a vulture at first, but I think it is a hawk. He was huge. AJ and Sophie saw him later on in the day.

Yesterday we started our seeds. I went with pumpkin, jalapeno's, bell peppers, roma and better boy tomatoes. We will still buy the plants almost grown, but I wanted to see if I could get these to work.
