June

This month we have gone to the Braves game and we also went to the Zoo with our girl scout troop.  The zoo has a really cool program that you can go and stay overnight.  We got to walk around the zoo and see the behind the scenes part of it with no one else being there.  We then got up early this morning and walked the zoo before people started arriving.  There was no waiting to see the pandas.  It was a really good time.  I admit that I was dreading it, but I ended up having a really good time.

Sunday Snapshot - Father/Daughter dance

Last night our Girl Scout troop hosted the council Father/Daughter dance.  It wasn't a very big crowd, but I think those that came enjoyed themselves.  The girls had a blast.  They loved dressing up like back in the "olden" days.  We played a mix of today's music and 80s.  It was funny, the first time I switched to 80s the girls immediately stopped dancing and one of them asked what it was.... ha ha.. It was good music girls...just wait until you are older and then your kids ask what kind of "classic" music you are listening to.
I did the photo booth.  I love how the pictures came out so bright.

Those are little Pac Man and Ghost and cassettes that I made.

They loved it.

One of my favorites from the night.

Cute Girl Scout

She did her part selling cookies today at the booth.  She would hit them as they went in and as they went out.  One guy told her that he was only buying cookies because of her.  He said we needed to make sure she was front and center.  She was hilarious telling them to "please buy some cookies" and had sad little eyes.
