Well I'm still going strong. I added 3 more pounds for a total of 9 so far. I still haven't had any carbonated, sugary drinks. My sugar intake is actually pretty low. Last Saturday and Sunday I splurged a little (one piece of cake and a couple of doughnuts), but I jumped right back on the wagon. I didn't get upset like I used to. I know I'm going to make mistakes and I know I've got a long road ahead of me, but I know I will get there. This weekend we leave to go to Hilton Head for a gym meet. Hopefully I can stick with my plan.
