For St. Patrick's Day I'm going to make cupcakes for Maddie and Sophie's classes. I decided to practice today. I love, love, love the way they turned out. You can find the recipe here. When I make them next week I'm going to use less batter in the cupcake liners so it doesn't overflow.
Love it. I may do this for G's bday in April. Would be cheaper than buying one and maybe if she helps it would be more fun.
