Today is Sophie's 7th birthday. I can't believe she is 7. She has come so far in the 2yrs 4months since she has been home. Here are some bullet points.
- She is very strong willed. She definitely has an opinion, yet she lets her sister walk all over her. I know that has to do with Dandong. I know she just took things in stride.
- Everyone loves her. She has more grown up friends than kid friends I think.
- She loves hugs.
- She loves her daddy and tractors.
- She and Maddie are beginning to have a love/hate relationship I think. I think this may be because she is starting to stand up for her self a little more, but she still does let her sister walk all over her.
- If it weren't for her being small you would never know that she was SN. Her SN really is a non issue. It frustrates her when she can't tumble and when she can't ride certain rides, but she's dealing with it.
- She is very smart. I think they did school in Dandong and she learned a lot there, but she has really blossomed here. I know she will be reading here shortly.
- She loves to be outside.
- She hasn't really attached herself to one thing in particular except for maybe tractors. She loves working on tractors with her daddy.
Great singing!!! Is she sitting that far back becuase of the heat from the canddles???? **giggle**
